Yoga now has a new dimension – yoga with instability. By using our Indo Yoga Board, traditional yoga poses can now be performed with instability, increasing the intensity, increasing muscular activation and increasing the difficulty. Similar to the booming SUP Yoga phenomenon, yoga can be performed on our Yoga Board with the added instability of the Indo Yoga Board by itself or for even greater instability and to make it even harder using 3 of our IndoFLO Cushions (while 3 offer the best results, 2 IndoFLO Cushions will also work really well).

Or, as you can see below, Yoga can also be done on an SUP Board with one of our Gigante Cushions underneath.

If conditions are unsuitable for SUP Yoga or for those that do not want to get out on the water to do their yoga but want to achieve greater results with their yoga, the Indo Yoga Board will deliver these greater results through greater challenges and instability.
